Two commission models. A choice that fits your business.
Pixel Agent and Pixel Partner are optional commission models agents can choose. Each has its own annual company-split cap; the published revenue-share maximums below distinguish between the two models.
Pixel Agent
$5,250 per year
Generally starts at 70% to the agent and 30% to Pixel, capped per anniversary yearPixel Partner
$12,000 per year
Annual company-split capA network built on relationships. Revenue tied to real transactions.
Agents who introduce agents to Pixel may earn a share of Pixel’s retained commission on qualifying transactions. The published structure rewards closer relationships more heavily across three tiers.
Relationships, production, and shared progress.
New agents, experienced agents, and team leads can explore these programs. Revenue sharing connects qualifying transactions in your agent network with an additional opportunity to participate in Pixel’s growth.
Funded from Pixel’s portion of commissions.
The program draws from the brokerage’s portion, not other agents’ earnings. No commission splits are reduced, no agent income is redistributed, and there are no participation fees or buy-ins.

Talk through your optionsYour production deserves recognition, too.
Pixel Bonus Awards work alongside Pixel Partner. Award levels are determined annually by total closed sales volume, with performance-based multipliers that recognize an agent’s production.

|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $2–4 million | 1× | 100 |
| Gold | $4–6 million | 3× | 100 |
