The Pixel Agent plan pairs a $5,250 annual company-split cap with no Pixel joining, monthly brokerage, or transaction fees. Review each agent’s plan; this is not one shared team cap.

The Pixel Agent plan generally starts at 70% to the agent and 30% to Pixel, capped at $5,250 per anniversary year. Individual agreements and any separate team arrangements apply.
Pixel Agent plan. After capping, no further company split for that anniversary year. Taxes and third-party business expenses are separate. Your agreement governs eligibility.

Grow your team’s production and explore another income stream. Pixel Partner offers revenue sharing on qualifying transactions in your agent network, rewarding the connections you help build.
